Excerpt from notice received from Hill-Rom 

As you may know, Hill-Rom acquired Fisher Berkeley in 1999.  Since that time, Hill-Rom utilized Fawn Industries as the sole authorized manufacturer and warehouser for Fisher Berkeley replacement parts.  On December 22,2005, the Fawn's outside warehouse, which housed the remaining Fisher Berkeley parts inventory, catastrophically burned.  Thankfully, no one was injured during the blaze, however no inventory was salvageable

Because all Fisher Berkeley parts were lost, Hill-Rom will no longer have the capability to directly provide any replacement parts for any Fisher Berkeley system.
