The NC501 Master Station Computer is the Tek-CARE®500Wireless Emergency Call System’s central point for component integration. The NC501 interprets data receivedby the NC510 Receiver and alerts staff via video display and audio if a transmitter is activated, develops a problem, or leaves the coverage area. The monitor displays the locations of placed calls (exact location for wall-mounted transmitters;assigned location or nearest NC512 Locator for pendant transmitters) and other pertinent information about calls inprogress. Call information is stored in a historical record for later retrieval and analysis. The NC501 also sends event information to optional staff pagers via an NC365A PagerTransmitter.

The NC501 supports thousands of system devices,including receivers, repeaters, locators, pendant call transmitters, wall-mounted call transmitters, wireless smoke detectors, motion detectors, door/window egress transmitters, maintained NO and momentary NO universal transmitters, emergency stations, and pocket pagers with pager transmitter.
